WOW! Frozen pipes. Plumber issue! The guys from SERVPRO have come to the rescue twice! It has been a very stressful situation with my mother's house (who passed away a couple months ago) and trying to get it ready to sell. Been one thing after another! The professional staff at SERVPRO has made things so less stressful and I can't thank them enough! The unit attached to me had a water heater burst which flooded their unit and leaked into my house. Taylor came over that night to check out both units. The service guys were at my house the next morning to help dry the floors up. Great guys, very polite and professional. They even went across the street to help an elderly lady turn off the water to her toilet that busted and was flooding her bathroom!! A guy even brought a shop vac over to help get up as much water as possible for her. Heroes!!!

Five star to SERVPRO of Lexington & Cayce / West Columbia. SERVPRO provided excellent service related to recent hot water heater leak in my attic. They took care of the drying, painting, and dealing with insurance company too. The staff was prompt, professional and always courteous. I came home to our house being flooded due to a crack in the icemaker's water line. I called SERVPRO and they were vacuuming the water out of our house within the hour. They were very professional and I even received a phone call from the owner who was at a seminar in California to make sure I was being taken care of. They made a crappy situation bearable and I know that my house is totally dry and I don't have to worry about mold. Thank you to the Williams family and staff!

The crew that came out to my house last night was just fantastic! They re-tarped my house, put fan on my wet wall, and also a dehumidifier! They took a bunch of photos for insurance purposes and they showed me what they found. It's been a very bad day for me and just by their kindness and great personalities took a lot of stress off me and I was able to sleep well last night!
