Philip Nave, Vice President, General Manager Columbia Operations

Phillip Nave is the General Manager at SERVPRO of Columbia. He is responsible for overseeing all company operations from reconstruction and office production.

Phillip is a South Carolina native and has worked with SERVPRO since 2006.

Darrell Teem

Darrell is our Production Manager. He's been with us since 2004 and has IICRC and IOT certifications in Mold Remediation, Carpet & Upholstery cleaning, Health & Safety, Odor Control, and Fire & Smoke cleanup and restoration.

Sam Teem

Sam Teem is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Cayce/West Columbia and Lexington. He has over 12 years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Brandon Young

Brandon is one of our Production Crew Chiefs. He has been with SERVPRO since March 2017. He has his IICRC Water Certification, IICRC FSRT/OCT, IICRC ASD and his SERVPRO Hero Ready Certifications. 

Brandon McLemore

Brandon has been in the construction/rebuild industry his whole life. He is an asset to the company as our new repairs manager. He has the knowledge from hands on experience and he enjoys his new role of helping the customers get their homes back to normal.

Brooklyn Corn

Brooklyn is part of our office staff assiting with adminsitrative and marketing needs. She has been with SERVPRO since September 2022. 

John Tolin, Standards

J.T. bring 20+ years of experience to our team. He ensures that all of work goes above and beyond industry standards. 

Ralph Harris, Vice President, Mitigation Operations

Ralph manages all of our mitigation operations. He makes sure that our customers are guided through the process, and that they can regain control of their lives and business as soon as possible. 

Jenn Loadholt, Vice President, Contents Operations

Jenn is responsible for ensuring all of clients' possessions are property handled and cleaned, and safely stored during the mitigation process. 

Ashley Cox, Marketing and Communication Coordinator

Ashley is our Marketing and Communication Coordinator. She helps us build and maintain our digital and physical presence in our communities.
